1. When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days within France and approximately 4–8 business days for other EU destinations, depending on the courier and location.

Yes. We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders over €30.
Orders below €30 may include a small shipping fee, which is clearly shown at checkout.

3. How do I track my delivery?

Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

Send clear photos of the issue to contact@smartivon.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
